We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not satisfied, perhaps due to the size or colour received, you can exchange it or request a refund within 30 days. In case you have not received your order, you have 30 days to submit a claim.
The following information will help you process your return.
You may return any "unopened" products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
"Opened"Â items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in saleable condition with the original packing and accessories. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once an order is shipped, it can't be cancelled. Therefore, if you refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, it will still fall under the unopened item section and the standard return policy shall apply. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
An order placed mistakenly can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your order amount. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once you receive the product, inspect it properly. Unfortunately, sometimes the outside packaging gets damaged by couriers, but the product inside remains intact. However, if you find the product is damaged, send us pictures of the product, highlighting the defect. We shall arrange an exchange for you at our earliest.
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us along with pictures of the incorrect item received. Also, please provide us with your order number so that we can arrange an exchange for you immediately.
- Limitations for returning the item:
Any items returned for refund or exchange without original documentation or without a return form will be rejected. Please clearly state on the invoice/return form the reason for the return or exchange and whether you require a refund or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to the issue of a refund.
We will bear the shipping & return cost under the following circumstances.

- Wrong colour received. (Images are mandatory)
- Wrong size received. (Images are mandatory)
- Customer cancelled but was dispatched lately.
- Not as described (Specify the reason).

- Change of mind.
- Ordered by mistake.
